Quiacito™ Demo Tool is a fun thing to show how "flat spots" are not flat!
There are 2 panels. The top panel shows a TIME section, such as interpreted seismic, the bottom panel is a depth-converted view. Edits can be made in either panel - causing the other to update.
The fun starts when you add some hydrocarbons - in depth the oil/water/gas contacts are obviously flat, but in time it's a rather different story! The effects of the overlying layers can be subtle or dramatic.
